It is now five years since "The Dublin Toy & Train Fair" made the move across the bay to The Clontarf Castle Hotel, Castle Avenue on Dublin's north side.
The move was necessitated after the previous venue was closed for complete refurbishment lasting up to two years. This move has seen an increase in the number of dealers as well as the number of tables.
Dealers are now attending from as far away as Lithuania & the Czech Republic, and of course from closer to home, i.e. Ireland, north & south, England and Wales. They are bringing with them a greater variety of toys and trains to suit all tastes and all ages.
The show now has up to 45 dealers and most visitors are happy to browse around at their leisure in order to purchase those elusive toys which have enthralled them since their childhood days.

Bus no. 130, from the city centre, direct to Clontarf Castle, and busses no. 103 and 104 also serve the local area .The hotel is 20 minutes walk from Killester and Clontarf Dart stations.
