In 1927 my grandfather Henry Hicks set up his shop in Georges Street, Dun Laoghaire, Co. Dublin, where the family business has been trading as Hick's of Dun Laoghaire for three generations.

Our famous traditional pork sausages are handmade and are free from artificial colouring/flavourings and to this day we use the same recipe that has been with my family for 84 years.

We handcraft many different products such as black & white pudding, potato cakes, back bacon, pork belly, hazlett & cooked ham & our flavours of sausage include: italian, cocktail, hot & spicy, boerewors, bratwurst, frankfurters, pork & leek, pork & apple, garlic, toulouse & gluten free sausages for those with a special diet. All of our pork is sourced from Irish farms & is fully traceable from farm to fork.

Our sausages can be enjoyed on menus around Ireland & in some of Dublin's finest restaurants & public houses such as Giddy Goose, Cafe Du Journal, Bruxelles and the Merrion Inn.

We also supply select supermarkets such as Dunnes Stores Cornelscourt, Bray, Rathmines, Ashleaf, Leopardstown, Beacon & many of the Super Valu Group such as Killiney, Dalkey, Deansgrange, Greystones, Wicklow Town, Arklow, Churchtown and Gorey.
